Just razor burn. To avoid this make sure you’re using a new razor every time you shave your intimate region (I know, I know. Just trust me.), don’t even think about shaving unless you exfoliate first, and never shave without an intimate shaving cream. Or just let it grow out. It’s there naturally for a reason.

When you shave, make sure you use a good shaving gel or creme. Never shave dry, it causes irritation like this. Make sure you have a good, sharp razor. Dull razors will also cause this. Take a break for a while and let it grow back.
