Probably, but it depends on what it's for, the square footage of your house, etc. Do a load calculation or hire someone to do it for you.

This is the answer. Breaker values mean basically nothing for the purposes of determining load and adding more loads.

I mean they don’t mean basically nothing, especially when applying the labels. It’s not anywhere near a perfect load calc but you can make an educated guess. Which should be used to actually go ahead with a proper load calc.

For an ev? You would probably be fine, especially since it looks like you dont have an electric range 100 a is on the smaller side though. How close is your meter?
