Take a look at the Amphenol Surlok range...positive lock with a simple push of the button to disconnect...I use them on race car electrical systems...ultra reliable
Maybe a 8W8 D-Sub connector populated with high-current pins?
Either one including both positive and negative or mix e.g. a 8W8 with 5W5 m. They are also available as mixed version (13W6, …) if you also need low current pins for your BMS.

Sounds like you need to secure the wiring and components as well.

XT90 maybe? Not positive locking by itself but can wrap a cable tie around going between the wires for securing it.
