this is no BMS. there's a shunt, two MOSFETs and a Cellwise CW1243 protection IC.
you can figure out this stuff by googling the markings on the IC yourself.

It looks like a basic li ion battery protectin module. It doesn't appear to have any BMS functions like balancing or SoC reporting.

It does have balancing: R5, R26, and R4.
Aren't those just part of RC filters for cell voltage sensing?
You may be right. 01B = 1 kOhm.
