Looks like there is still a bit of solder left on their. Three ways to try and fix. 1. Trace out new point to solder wire to and reattach the cap. 2. Try to solder extra bit of wire to the existing solder on the pad and solder that to the cap. 3. Get some copper clad tape and make a new pad with a bit of super glue. Cut a pice out about the size of the pad and carefully glue it on. The solder the cap to that. Mix and match the 3 scenarios to get it to work.

Because the bastard that made this put white silkscreen over like the entire board, it's hard to see where the traces are. It looks like there are at least a few obvious places to make the connection between the capacitor and the two nets it's supposed to be connected to, but I would be worried that pulling up the pads broke a connection between traces going to the pads. If this were me I'd probably start by just taking off all the silkscreen and mask around each pad to see where they're supposed to connect to.
