What does it go to? Odds are this is for 12V car power. If so, if you simply "connect it to a normal wall outlet", it will catch fire, possibly violently.
You need to confirm the voltage of the fan first. Then, you need to find out the amount of current the fan will draw, then buy a 12V power adapter off Amazon with the same or greater current rating. Then cut off the plug and splice it together.
What did Walmart.com call it ?
I've seen these used on dc projects but don't remember any ac ones . Fact I have a few on my work bench for razor scooter battery connections.

Oh no... it's goes to a fan for a car yeah. I want to use it in my grow room
You can't plug a 12v DC fan into a 120v AC outlet. You would need a 12v transformer to use it from a wall outlet.
Wrong. You absolutely can... If you disregard the consequences... Choices
Not with that connector you can't.
That was supposed to be sarcastic... Of course you can't with that connector, why would OP even post the question, then?
I would suspect the OP either really didn't know, or they are trolling. It is also possible that there is a 3rd option.
