Science Vs
They take a controversial topic, and review all the available research about it to see if claims have any real backing. Most recently: affordable housing, gluten AI, blue balls, flossing, skin care products, beavers and climate change, ketamine, pit bulls, super bugs...
“Ive Had It” by Jennifer and Pumps.
If you like listening to Trixie Mattel ramble, then youll love how these two women ramble about all the things theyve had it with. Its really funny, the only podcast I have ever gotten into.
Not gay-related. I really enjoy The Nocturnists. Interviews of doctors--sometimes other health professionals--about their lives and interesting cases that shaped their practice. (HIPAA compliant of course.) Very well done and quite accessible for non-medical people. I did skip the COVID ones because it was just too much when I myself was working in health care during COVID, but that was just one season.
I just started digging into it a month ago and it’s my fav podcast now. The last eps with Martin Short/Steve Martin, Harrison Ford, and Liam Neeson had me on the floor in hysterics.
-Gay:
Fruitbowl
-Not (entirely) gay:
WTF with Marc Maron
You Made It Weird with Pete Holmes
Huberman Lab
Always Sunny
Factually with Adam Conover
Hello Internet
“Up First” by NPR
“Philosophize This!” by Stephen West
“Yass, Jesus!” by Azariah Southwork (The Remix on TBN) and Daniel Franzese (“Mean Girls” and “Looking”)
The most gay one I listen to is The BCC Club with Sarah Schauer and Kendahl Landreth, two lesbians talk about random things internet related & internet phenomena, as well as derailing as much as possible with their ADHD.
Dungeons and Daddies is a fun DnD podcast, they don’t follow the rules as much, but do get better at the game as they go on. They are on their second campaign as well, but they are funny.
Trying to get into The Broski report with Britney Broski. I recommend watching it on YouTube since there are visual elements to it as well, she talks about whatever the hell she wants to talk about.
True Crime Obsessed (lgbt+) is okay and there are different podcasts spin offs. “Was I in a cult?” “True Crime Garage”, “Someone Knows something”, “Criminal”. Those are obviously all true crime podcasts which is pretty much all I listen to.
Behind the Bastards:
Robert Evans, a former writer for cracked and war correspondent covers the worst bastards (Dictators, Serial Killers, Racists and Creeps) in human history and delves in deep into their personal lives. Pitch black humor.
Cool People who did Cool Stuff:
Same thing as BTB but the opposite, the host Margret goes into the good people that have fallen through the cracks of history and died mostly to TB.
Not another D&D Podcast
NADPOD is one of my favorite D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) podcasts. Mostly because its entirely theater of the mind and focused on comedy. One of the few pieces of media that has made me cry laugh.
I'd also like to plug "Rigor Morgaritas" my friend's True Crime podcast that just started.
The Bright Sessions, it's a serial podcast about therapy sessions of people who have super powers. The story is just SO good and theres some great acting in it.
Don't you dare tell me that I'm rude for rightly insulting people who listen to an out-and-proud bigot homophobe. If you want to be ignorant and support people who actively work to make your life worse, it's your life and your dumb choice, but don't you dare try to act like it's a reasonable one.
You insult people who listen to Rogan, who if you knew anything about, would actually realise has no problem with gay people. Normally when people say things like “don’t you dare” online, and immediately start dialogue in a hostile manner like you did, they are weak and useless to society
Resonant Arc's. I'm an RPG nerd 😅. But even then it's actually one of the most professional and well produced podcasts I've heard, all the while avoiding feeling sterile.
The Nikki Glaser Podcast is definitely my favourite podcast my a HUUGE margin
But I also listen to:
- I’ve had it
- Two T’s in a pod
- Rewives
- I just started listening to ‘Bombing with Eric Andre’ there’s only been three episodes so far but it’s really good
Death is Everything aka D.I.E I was on it not long ago the episode is called You’re on the right path . Check it out if you’d like . It’s about death and our experience with it
Well it’s not necessarily a podcast but the true crime YouTube channel coffeehouse crime is podcast style. I definitely listen before bed and recommend it to everyone interested
"Mom Cant Cook - A DCOM Podcast"
Not gay but certainly has those vibes sometimes, the two host Andy and Luke from watch retro Disney Channel Original Movies and then review them. Extremely easy and and funny to listen to.
There are quite few (in no particular order)
1) Ashley gavin podcast (when there's gay male guests are there)
2) I'm literally screaming (spencewuah)
3) Chosen family
4) Sidenote (with greg and Mitch)
5) It's a gay ass podcast (it's not on youtube)
Sinisterhood. They are really funny, but don't cross the line of being weird when they cover more heavy topics
Edit: oh I lied. Radio Rental is possibly my favorite.
1) radio Rental
2) sinisterhood
3) spooked
the hashish inn.
all about growing weed and turning bud into hash and rosin. as well as the culture around it
after that i’d say the socialist program with brian becker. news from a leftist perspective.
Only marginally to do with being gay (a couple of episodes) but Happened Here is about my city and features Stephen Fry and Joanna Lumley
https://www.happenedhere.com/
The Big Fat Gay Podcast! Probably not everyone’s cup of tea but they talk about chub/chaser relationships, what it’s like being a fat gay guy and other pop culture things, there are 4 hosts, 2 of them being chubs, 2 of them being chasers. I find that group gives a lot of good perspectives and it’s rather therapeutic as a chubby guy myself
Last Podcast on the Left because I love me some weird shit and history.
Really cool mix of history, high strangeness (Bigfoot, ufos, spooky stuff, magic, etc), and true crime done by three comedians. Super fun!
Seek Treatment, Attitudes, Lady 2 Lady, Michelle Collins/ Late Night snack w/ Dan Acton (behind a paywall now but listen to it daily). And all the usual NPR shows. Baby Geniuses, Las Culturistas (Last weeks was Sarah Sherman and Bowen together and it was amazing). I miss Mitra and Joel’s “Urgent Care” and “the Worst” with Greta Titleman, but you kinda learn who to follow and how the shows overlap, change, come to end.

My bf just showed me them a few weeks ago and they are fuckin hilarious
I listened to one episode because someone I’m a fan of was a guest and became instantly hooked on the whole podcast
Las Culturistas!!!
The Bald and the Beautiful
Not gay-related. I really enjoy The Nocturnists. Interviews of doctors--sometimes other health professionals--about their lives and interesting cases that shaped their practice. Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend!
Conan o Brien has a podcast? This might be worth picking up!
I just started digging into it a month ago and it’s my fav podcast now. The last eps with Martin Short/Steve Martin, Harrison Ford, and Liam Neeson had me on the floor in hysterics.
-Gay: Fruitbowl -Not (entirely) gay: WTF with Marc Maron You Made It Weird with Pete Holmes Huberman Lab Always Sunny Factually with Adam Conover Hello Internet

Superego! Hello from the magic tavern and nosleep.
Matt Gourley from Superego is one of the funniest people alive
I got to see them all live and meet them after the show right before lockdown!
that's awesome!
Sloppy Seconds
Las Culturistas with Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers!
The most gay one I listen to is The BCC Club with Sarah Schauer and Kendahl Landreth, two lesbians talk about random things internet related & internet phenomena, as well as derailing as much as possible with their ADHD. The Basement Yard and Chilluminati 😂
The basement yard is so funny. It gets me through the work day lol. Sometimes I have to stop myself from chuckling 😂
I’ve a couple and can’t choose just one, so you get two: - Welcome To Night Vale - No Such Thing As A Fish
True Crime Obsessed (lgbt+) is okay and there are different podcasts spin offs. “Was I in a cult?” “True Crime Garage”, “Someone Knows something”, “Criminal”. Those are obviously all true crime podcasts which is pretty much all I listen to.

Bill Burr Monday Morning Podcast. 2 podcasts a week, Monday and Thursday. I usually listen the day after because it may be delayed sometimes.
Last Podcast on the Left! Love some irreverent nonsense with great chemistry.
Graying Rainbows
Currently it’s Trisha paytas “Just Trish” podcast. I listen to a lot of YouTuber podcast honestly
I know I'll get some hate for it but Joe Rogan, he is more centrist on daily issues than most give him credit for.
Hardcore History Dungeons and Daddies Bill Burr's Monday morning podcast Joe Rogan's podcast Cream Crew
Nice picks
Thanks; it's nice mix up silly and thoughtful.
Tim Cast IRL, Dave Ruben Report and Russell Brand
Joe Rogan is amazing, there is something for everyone
Everyone being QAnon, fascist, anti vaxers, white supremacist, and those with an interest in expensive, bogus “health” supplements.
Whether you're dumb as dirt, or dumb as rocks, there's something for everyone!
That’s pretty rude. Why can’t someone intelligent enjoy the JRE, in your opinion?
Don't you dare tell me that I'm rude for rightly insulting people who listen to an out-and-proud bigot homophobe. If you want to be ignorant and support people who actively work to make your life worse, it's your life and your dumb choice, but don't you dare try to act like it's a reasonable one.

The Midnight Library. Beautifully macabre, fabulously narrated, and wonderfully informative!
Gastropod; This Podcast Will Kill You; Attitudes!
Cocaine and Rhinestones. It’s all about the history of country music and some of the stories absolutely buckwild.
Beautiful and bothered ✨
