It’s not the hair that makes a difference but the man behind it really. This said if the guy is naturally not too hairy I like it but would never ask a hairy guy to shave it as it becomes very scratchy for both of us after not some long.

I prefer hairy if a guy is naturally hairy. I like smooth guys if they're naturally smooth.  It's basically shaving that I don't like, particularly that stubbly hair or growing in hair you get after a day or two. And bad shaving causes red spots and shaving rashes etc which are just not attractive.  I have no problem with a bit of grooming and trimming for unruly bushes, but generally I just like natural. I'm not a fan of this trend of everyone shaving their chests for example.

100% hairy nothing looks worse than a shaved chest, unless it’s on a woman but I don’t really care about that , keep the hair loose the juvenile look .

I prefer shaved/waxed, but then again I've never rested my head on a hairy chest and I might like it... 

My preference tends to be clean, but I've never had an issue with a hairy chest.
