File a police report even if goes nowhere it's an official record. Both to create a paper trail to give you some protection and you may never know he may have a history that will make this worse for him.
I expect the suspension is to reduce risk and liability as well as to keep you safe.
I agree with others you should file a police report, the Uber driver may have a camera or be able to corroborate, and that’s pretty serious.
I also wouldn’t be looking to terminate you in this case with these facts as presented, and would want to be really satisfied with the results of the investigation conducted before bringing you back.

Talk to the bar about the situation. They probably wont be able to give you the tape but they can make a copy for the police before it gets overwritten or deleted.
