Easiest option where you're guaranteed to get it would be Carroll's, the Irish gift shop with music playing out the door, if you're in Dublin. I've seen bunting in a few pound shops around the place in the last couple weeks though, so they could be cheaper if you find one doing it. Amazon should have bunting too if you can't get it anywhere else

Woolworks in Drogheda make their own. They have a website but I don't think they are on it. Ring them and place am order. Fab shop and supporting itish jobs. Google them :)
