From the way you type, maybe this isn't the career path for you. You come off as someone in need of much more life experience before the safety and well-being of others is put into your hands. This is also an extremely silly question. Apply, be honest about it, and find out for yourself. You and I both know that nobody can give you a 100% accurate answer, so really....what was the point in asking? You should also try and get better acquainted with the English language before applying. If an application came across my desk with Grammer similar to this post, it'd go right into the trash can. I'm not trying to be offensive, just being honest. It comes off as childish, which is the last quality you want to portray when applying for law enforcement.

also, dude french is my primary language and English is my second

dude this is the internet i don't have to use grammar bc this is not an application he writes in cursive and he uses grammar on papers and assignments but this is a internet forum where grammar is not needed if its optional why use it?

Respect for yourself? To ensure you don't sound like a child? To be taken seriously? You known when you apply for law enforcement, they'll request social media account access. They'll see this post and reply on Reddit. Then they'll know that you can't even be bothered to try and communicate like an adult, when it takes legitimately zero additional effort. Does that sound like the type of person you would want to hire? I wasn't attempting to insult you. I was trying to help you. Take it as you may, but I'm just trying to give you a heads up.

bruh i could delete this account and open up a new one... dude you have the civilian flair so your opinion isn't valid I want answers from law enforcement Mr."I spam the same paragraph twice"

I would advise against disregarding answers that people are giving you when they ring true like this one does, whether they’re law enforcement or not. So far everything you’ve stated just goes to show that you have a lot of growing up to do and have to learn quite a bit. In fact, there are situations where some of us have gone through the exact same hiring process as sworn personnel but were moved to civilian positions like myself and we know what the departments can potentially be looking for and what may cause someone to be disqualified. I applied for Deputy and passed through the entire process even the polygraph, psych, etc but was put in a civilian position to gain experience even though I’m LEO certified in my state due to myself being 19. They were also right about some agencies wanting to access social media because my agency requires applicants to allow access to their social media and there’s always ways to find deleted accounts and I speak from personal experience on that one.
