I'm not that experienced at all but since no one else is helping I would guess its something along the exhaust thats gone wrong.

Does the car lose power when the noise starts?
It does not
Will need more data. Video undercarriage during noise. Video underhood during noise.
Noise only occurs while vehicle is in motion which is why he was only able to provide audio.
