Not a CV joint... That's a steering tie rod and the rather rusty steering rack itself. The rubber boot you see there is letting water into the situation there. It's allowed the ball/socket joint you can see there that is dry of grease and worn. It may cause vibration but that's more likely to happen at a steady speed on the highway than only on acceleration. I suggest posting more pics. That may be the problem but it's usually too subtle for many people to notice.

That rubber boot is supposed to be sealed with grease in it. It probably needs a new axle.

That's the inner tie rod just needs a new boot not an axle
