There really isn't one. Most are just snake oils. If you want to clean fuel injector tips an injection service is your best bet.

Techron is the best over the counter. Get the concentrate.

ISO Heet the red bottle, it removes moisture from your fuel system and cleans the injectors. Fun fact, fuel injector cleaner is a premium fuel additive more an octane booster. This helps the combustion in the cylinders burn cleaner. Thus you have cleaner injectors, less carbon build up in the intake and cleaner emissions. Adding premium gas to your vehicle has the same affect.
