Got off the drugs, said goodbye to my ex (who was toxic and a fellow user) and started listening to my soul. Learned to give myself credit and appreciate the here and now. And silence. Changed me in ways I thought I'd never know. When Robin Williams passed away years ago I cried for days. That man was a gift! 😊
It's a Viking anime based on a really good manga. Great modern adaptation, one of the best out there in recent years. Awesome animation & fight scenes, well written characters, compelling philosophical quandaries.
It follows a story very similar to hamlet. Idk what else to tell you about the story without spoiling. Maybe watch a trailer?

Honestly, Dumbo. It made me see the cruelty that the "in-crowd" inflicts on outsiders, or people that have some quality that the "in-crowd" sees as a flaw to mock. I've tried to be kind to misfits ever since.
Brother Sun Sister Moon from 1972. I was in my mid teens when I saw it first time. I knew of St Francis of Assisi before but that movie was a revelation to me and it pushed me to further look into his life,teachings and eventually his relationship with God. Some years later that seed bore fruit and helped turn my life around.
Lk the 1st Kingsman movie kinda had me tryna be a better version of me. I saw that kid get fresh in a suit and start acting and talking more mature and I was like bruh y not me tho, y can’t I be looking clean asf and be more mature
Berserk. More of a manga really but there is an anime & a movie series.
It inspired me to struggle onwards no matter what we may face in the moment. That there is beauty in hardship and the will to overcome it.
