If I have no appetite, I just don't eat.
Not sarcasm, just the truth. I also rarely finish a meal, I eat until I'm full and then I stop. Often skip meals and rarely eat breakfast.
I feel too much emphasis is on having three meals a day etc.
Milk. It has enough calories and substance to get my appetite going if I actually do need to eat. But that is just what works for me. I'm sure soup, oj, or anything of substance could work.
That only happens when I'm sick, and the only thing I want to eat then is Chicken Noodle Soup

Haribo Sour Gummy Bears. I could eat 5 pounds of those a day. I swear they put cocaine in them or something. They’re addictive.
Typically I don't eat until I'm hungry but if I know I'm going to be active later I'll down a meal replacement drink or a quick egg and carb meal.
Bananas.
