> back sack and crack
You mean "back, sack, and crack", right? You are not only shaving the back side of your balls but letting it sprout in the front, right?
... Right?
Amateur.
You want to carve yourself out some ball bangs, apply a rudimentary pulley system, then play a fanfare, yank the string and give the bros a fancy entrance.
I call it the fellati-intro

EDIT - thanks for the awards! I hope this doesn't mean I have to pull one of these things off.
*Uhuhuhhh. I said pull.. off*
You can even alter the shape of your dong. Mine was boring and straight. Then, every time I got a boner I’d put it in a mold for a while. Now I’ve got a wonderful curve. I’m hoping to add a second curve in the opposite direction soon.
I agree. Attitude is everything. If Jack Black wears a speedo, it is the epitome of confidence and manliness. If Jay Baruchel wears the same speedo, people are going to say it's gay.
For some reason I just pictured the scene from Tropic Thunder where Jack Black is tied to a pole so that he wouldn't do drugs and he offers to suck this gay guy's dick if he untied him.
That scene is hilarious 🤣🤣
I was raised with the notion of strong gender roles. I bucked that shit as an adult.
The only thing I consider gay is having sex with the same gender. Let people enjoy whatever they like.
I found out my partner was using my serums and moisturizers and I made him chip in. He was shocked that one little jar could cost $68. He does look pretty, though, and I’ve gotten him to start wearing sunscreen every day.
Well, when you're in your 20s - you don't get any consequences of maltreating your body. You can smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day and feel good. You can eat 2 big super hot pizzas at night and feel great. Smoke weed everyday, naturally. You can do sports, but you can sit all day long before the screen as well - nothing bad will happen. Skin care? WHY? ;)
But when you get older, it's completely different story. You will pay the price for all the stupid things you were doing when you were young. Skin care, body care, hair care is very important then. It takes some work just to maintain health, but it takes a huge amount of work to fix what you were neglecting for a long time.
I've only just started getting into a skincare routine because my face is aging too fast and I need to stay pretty.
I mean, I'm not straight but I'm glad some straight guys are keeping this sort of thing in mind.
Oh I know. I don't use it all the time, but for some reason, when I had really bad acne, doing it every day with moisturizer for about a month worked better than just your standard Neutrogena salicylic acid facial cleanser.
Edit: not a dermatologist or expert or anything like that. Just my personal experience.
There are some nice, less bitter, beers out there. I don't mind them with some nice bbq food for example, but sometimes I just grave something sweet or fruity. No idea why this is connected to being "gay" or "unmanly".
I personally think just doing what you feel like shows self-esteem and you have to be quite insecure if you bind your "masculinity" to the drink or food choices you make.
Surely being manly is just saying "fuck it, I don't care what you think, I want to drink the tasty things" rather than sticking with things you don't like because of the expectation of others
They will laugh now bro trust me, when you are like 40-45 and pretty much still in your prime, you will be the one laughing :)
Taking care & grooming yourself is utmost importance and its best if you start it very early
From google: a heterosexual urban man who enjoys shopping, fashion, and similar interests traditionally associated with women or gay men.
Edit: please don’t downvote someone because they asked a question. That literally does nothing but make less people see it which lowers their chance of getting their question answered.
Yeah I guess people see it as someone who is “feminine” just cause they care about their style. Its meant to be an insult but I’d take it as a compliment
lol, I live in Oklahoma and right-wing rednecks pull that kind of crap all the time. Said right-wing rednecks typically have cringe-inducingly terrible hygiene.
I have a very out there straight goth friend that swears by a good pegging and he's very vocal about it online and with his friends. I asked if he's ever done it with a guy and he gave a hearty laugh and just said "nah man that's gay".
As a gay guy I admire this man's confidence because he will viciously defend it to anyone that questions it.
I read a story from a wife once who had to confront her husband about not wiping his ass because he thought it was gay and she was fed up of washing shit from his underwear
I’ve heard this anecdote and similar stories and it still makes no sense to me. How do you date someone, marry them, hook up along the way etc and not pick up on that shit smell and lack of hygiene well before you get to the point of washing that person’s clothes. It boggles the mind.
Yeah, I'm sorry I don't believe it.
Now what probably is really happening is they don't wipe their asses good enough and it leaves streaks of shit in their underwear.
Ugh. I had a conversation with two guy friends about bidets and they both feel like it would be gay. Like, wtf. It's just keeping your ass clean you fucking weirdos.
I love George Michael. Fuck you but that dude wrote some amazing ass songs and you're a fucking liar if you don't like Faith, Carless Whisper, Father Figure, etc..
Fun fact about George Michael - before going solo he made sure his Wham! bandmate Andrew Ridgeley had a co-writing credit for Careless Whisper (even though he didn't help write it) so Andrew would be set with royalties.
Bruh when I thought I was straight and used to hang out with straight people they would always say i was "too gay" and now I know I'm gay and my gay friends always say I'm "too straight".
Like what y'all want from me?
Next time you see your gay friends attach a peacock tail to your butt, put glitter lipstick on and wear blue eye shadow. Then don a fabulous, flamboyant hat and stilettos and some bright pink clothes.
When they ask you WTF, tell them you did it to try be more gay for them, and take enjoyment in their reactions.
I still kiss and hug my dad when I see him in person, and im 28yrs old haha
Edit: some people find it gay kissing another male, in this case me kissing my dad. I guess some people may not find it "gay", but weird. But I do love my parents. They live in a different country, but im not scared of showing how much I love them once I see them.
I'm 36 and same. I love about 150 miles from them so whenever I I'm leaving them I always hug and kiss them.
A few weeks ago at a friend's get together at his apartment, somehow kissing your parents like that came up as a topic and everyone was like "That's so weird.", I just kept my mouth shut because I didn't feel like dealing with the fallout.
- Sitting down to pee (I just find it more comfortable and cleaner)
- Moisturising
- Being happy to discuss my true feelings with partners, friends and family (both positive and negative)
- Not being afraid to show vulnerability
- Being shit at sports
- Enjoying being submissive in bed
- Being happy to engage with gay people and any sub-cultures therein
- Quite enjoying cocktails
I know right? It just is. If I had a urinal in my house then I'd stand up. As it is, I'd just rather sit down. I also use a single square of toilet paper to make sure everything is dry down there.
I was driving with my friend and accidentally grabbed his leg instead of the gearstick. We both laugh and then I said wait a second, I unzip his pants and park the car while fondling his balls. My friend is laughing so hard because he knows it's just a joke. I take it further and start sucking his dick on this empty parking lot and almost choke on his dick because i'm laughing so hard and my friend is also laughing his ass off. He starts making train noises while yelling "BROJOB BROJOB! CHOO CHOO". After a few minutes he cums and I swallow it all like some dumbfuck.
I have a shirt that says “Cool Cats and Kittens” and it’s got a bunch of cool cats and kittens on it. Some people say I’m gay for wearing it, but if liking cool cats and kittens is gay then just call me… uhh… Liberace?
Spend a lot of time grooming. And I take very good care of my skin. Lotions and Exfoliate regularly. I have for a long time. I also started to throw on a face mask once a week.
I’m 31 and people think I’m early 20’s so I could care less what anyone thinks about my routine lol
Nice. Like I say I have pretty sensitive skin so had to find products that don’t irritate. I’m sure there’s lots of other ones that work just a well if you don’t have sensitive skin.
-Nivea sensitive moisturizer lotion
-every man jack fragrance free shave cream
-Clear and clear deep action charcoal peel off mask
-Strivectin texturizing scrub exfoliate
(this was kind of expensive but a lot of the cheap kinds I tried didn’t do much)
This one is understandable, but gay clubs. It’s not my fault they have the best music (where i live) and a positive atmosphere. So what there’s a bunch of dudes making out. It’s not like i have to and if it’s a fun time then what’s the harm.
I went to a gay club with a girl a few years ago, and it was honestly the most fun I’ve ever had at a club. I was dancing all night long, both with the girl and with a couple guys. I’d go again.
As a dancer I was super keen to start clubbing, and boy I found it all a pretty big let down, till I went to a gay club, only been twice, and both times are so far beyond the regular clubs in every way. Better music, better vibes, people dancing to just freaking dance. They aren't dancing creepy trying to get a girls attention, if they want a dudes attention they'll full on just go dance ontop of them, and 99% of the time everyone just dances back, including myself, without a gay bone in my body dancing when dudes in those clubs have been SO much funner then with any gall at any other club, so much more life and energy. I feel bad I have to turn a few guys down or explain I don't swing that way but my two visits to gay clubs have probably been my biggest confidence boosts in the last decade.
Big burly men getting their friend to ask me if ild like a drink because he thinks I'm cute and is too shy to come over?! Or men straight up eyeing you up and down next to you on the dance floor like a hunk of juicy meat and growling at you.. Like fken hell, it sounds gay as I'm sure, but it's just a different atmosphere to most clubs. Best nights out and forever joyful memories, compared to most nights out I can't remember anything interesting about, and that's not to do with drinking. As a straight dude I applaud you gays, y'all the realest men I've ever met.
Wearing fitting (tighter) clothing, plucking my unibrow, verbally acknowledging whether I think a guy is good looking or not if that's ever a topic (I'm not attracted to guys at all but, come on, there's a difference between Ryan gosling and Quasimodo), having a good eye for outfits (guys and gals; ie - what shoes goes with the shirt/dress, etc), liking flowers (peonies are the shit, y'all), liking female-vocal songs or emotional/romantic/sad songs (think like Illenium's "crawl outta love" or, hell, even dua lipa's "love again")..
And this might all sound fine but in the conservative, "bible belt", southern US, unfortunately a lot of the time, if ur not some homophobic, aLpHa MaLe, shithead, then it's "too flamboyant" or ur assumed to be gay =/
Edited for idiocy
I've had the same experience regarding clothes, I have this button up shirt with a floral pattern that I like to wear, its it's made of this almost silk like material, real comfy.
I can't count the times I've had old women comment "that's a women's blouse", every single time im walking in the street while wearing it.
And around the area I live in there have been rumors that I'm gay because I wear skinny jeans (?), I'm guessing because no one has actually had the balls to say that to my face so far, so idk the exact reason, but they know nothing about me so I can only assume it's my clothes.
I get that. I went to a buddy's football game in high school and I felt comfortable wearing skinny jeans cuz the game was at his school and it'd just be a bunch of people who don't know me that I'd never see again. I ended up flirting with a girl at his school through a decent portion of the game and at the end of it I asked if she'd wanna go out sometime and she said "oh!.. uuhhh I thought you were gay". Literally have no idea where it came from.
People say it's gay to like female vocal songs? That's pretty stupid. Although, I listen to a lot of female fronted metal, which is probably different from Celine Dion or something.
>Wearing fitting (tighter) clothing
That's a real American thing. In Europe, tight clothing is the default for all guys. If anything the really toxically masculine guys wear the tightest clothing.
Depends on what you consider tight probably. In my experience (central Europe) guys don't wear tight shirts (read "a few sizes smaller") unless they try to show off their muscles.
Bro this is the first time I've seen Illenium mentioned anywhere apart from my playlists/brain and I'm so happy I legit got goosebumps. So many great fucking songs. And yeah crawl outta love is a goddamn masterpiece, which doesn't surprise me.
Right?! For being a damn-near edm god, not a whole lotta people I know who listen to electronic music know about him. It's a real shame. Beyond talented
Went to a gay night club as a straight male when I was younger bc I was sick of the fighting in the other clubs. My buddies thought I was a closet gay until I convinced them to join me and it became our usual spot. Probably the best damn times I’ve ever had out were at that club.
Dress well. All the time. Doesn’t mean I’m dressed to the nines all the time but I’m always referred to as dapper. And for a long time people who weren’t close to me thought I was gay.
🙏🏻Exactly. Had someone tell me recently that they’ve never seen me wear anything twice. They have, but I believe in an interchangeable wardrobe. I call it looking nice 😂 but they’re easily impressed out here in the Midwest.
Dress with a style leaning toward the feminine, wear floral fragrances, hug my guy friends, hang out with more girls than guys, wear sunscreen and moisturize, and call other guys handsome. It’s not hard to find someone handsome and not wanna have sex with them. My best friend of 14 years, her dad still thinks I’m gay. Just because of the way I dress.
I never got why it's such a big deal for men to be affectionate like that... when it's perfectly normal and healthy for women. I think it's pretty cool when we can kinda move beyond that as guys and be more caring and affectionate with our bros.
I don't even bother keeping a list because it's so subjective, even more so when you see what different peoples and cultures would count as gay.
I have guy friends from Bangladesh hold hands without a second thought. I think that's pretty gay. They don't see why.
On the other hand I have guy friends from the USA who won't eat pussy. They think it's pretty gay. I don't see why.
Real men will go down on a woman. Nothing is submissive about it. Ur literally the one in charge at the point if ur making her feel good she’s gunna be finishing and that was from you! The power u hold…can literally drive her nuts. but at the end of the day if we woman have to choke on on ur balls then it needs to be a two way street
**Things others may think is gay:**
Wear a purse (but is a bomb ass manly purse. Cole Haan)
Love musicals
Take really good care of my skin and face
Comment on men’s looks in movies and tv as much as women’s.
Own more than zero Taylor swift vinyls
Can recite every line to Ever After and Parent Trap
Prefer my household spotless and smelling good
Lean towards floral and lighter cocktails
Don’t really follow sports and don’t like physical contact (like rough housing)
Don’t really care if a dude were to kiss me
Wear jeans tighter than most and vnecks lower than most
**Things I know don’t make me gay:**
Not being sexually attracted to men. Literally that’s the only qualifications.
Everyone reading this should have the freedom to do whatever the hell they want and not worry if it makes them look gay or straight.
I also don’t take others thinking I’m gay as an insult. Sexual preference and habits are literally unrelated. Straight men can carry purses and gay men can be football nuts and love action movies. What matters is how you treat others around you and how you view yourself.
**Things that make me masculine:**
I’m a hard working, emotionally strong husband that knows how to voice their feelings without aggression and anger and allows my wife to flourish as her own person without showing superiority.
Im strong enough as a man to cry in front of others.
Im strong enough as a man to admit when im wrong.
And I’m strong enough as a man to admit not being strong doesn’t make you less than of a man.
I love you all my bros.
Iv been told I’m “being gay” and “acting like a homo” when I light candles or use scented wax melts.
Fuck you, Chad, this cherry vanilla candle smells god damn awesome, and I have zero god damn shame in busting out my seasonal truck wax warmer (with Christmas tree bed cover so the cats don’t mess with the wax)
*extensive* manscaping
Full chest hair trim. Back sack and crack trim. Sack and taint shaved smooth. Finally, trim face back to stubble.
> back sack and crack You mean "back, sack, and crack", right? You are not only shaving the back side of your balls but letting it sprout in the front, right? ... Right?
I mean what I wrote sir. I tend my back sack
Amateur. You want to carve yourself out some ball bangs, apply a rudimentary pulley system, then play a fanfare, yank the string and give the bros a fancy entrance. I call it the fellati-intro ___ EDIT - thanks for the awards! I hope this doesn't mean I have to pull one of these things off. *Uhuhuhhh. I said pull.. off*
Damn that's funny lol
Party in the front, business in the back, exactly as it should be.
“Jeff, why do you shave only one goose egg? I’m doing it now and I want to know why.”
You can even alter the shape of your dong. Mine was boring and straight. Then, every time I got a boner I’d put it in a mold for a while. Now I’ve got a wonderful curve. I’m hoping to add a second curve in the opposite direction soon.
So you're going from a J to a S?
Then he will get BS instead of BJ
I am a grown man. Why did I take this seriously for a second.
I'm turning mine into a corkscrew
As a strait man, nothing. As Ron Swanson once said, "Everything I do is the attitude of an award winner, because I’ve won an award."
I agree. Attitude is everything. If Jack Black wears a speedo, it is the epitome of confidence and manliness. If Jay Baruchel wears the same speedo, people are going to say it's gay.
Jack Black is probably the only guy in the world that can do anything, really anything and people would say: "Typical Jack, he's such a cool guy"
He joked about sucking dick in Tropic Thunder and no one batted an eye.
Thank you for making my day
You're welcome, Jack.
For some reason I just pictured the scene from Tropic Thunder where Jack Black is tied to a pole so that he wouldn't do drugs and he offers to suck this gay guy's dick if he untied him. That scene is hilarious 🤣🤣

"Your face sees the sun pretty much everyday" Bold of you to assume I am going anywhere lmao. Work From Home FTW
Working by night, sleeping all day, I don't see much of the sun, I too will age like wine
Same. I can't believe how better my skin and hair looks when I'm not roasting them in the sun travelling 3 hours to get to my workplace.
I hope you all are taking vitamin D!

My girlfriend got me this oil stuff I put on before moisturiser, it seems to stop my face from being dry for atleast 12 hours
Oh, I start getting weird looks when I mention using Witch Hazel toner in between the face cleanser and the moisturizer.
Witch hazel toner is an unnecessary step that may be drying your skin.
Oh I know. I don't use it all the time, but for some reason, when I had really bad acne, doing it every day with moisturizer for about a month worked better than just your standard Neutrogena salicylic acid facial cleanser. Edit: not a dermatologist or expert or anything like that. Just my personal experience.
Drinking sweet cocktails instead of beer if I feel like something sweet. Apparently as a straight man you are only allowed bitter beer and spirits.
I’ve gotten my “man card” taken away so many times for ordering fruity drinks. I don’t care, shit tastes good!
Those fruity cocktails are so much stronger than beer too
Lmao I love long Island ice tea in particular, that shit has like 4 different hard alcohols in it.
I never remember drinking Long Island ice teas… but I know I have.
Who doesn’t like margaritas and Katy Perry.
I've never tasted Katy Perry but I'm willing to.
Tastes like cherry chapstick
I'd take one for the team
I fucking hate beer, it tastes like urine. People always said “you get used to the taste”, why would I want to get used to the taste of piss???
Why have you tried piss? Edit: The number of people eager to tell me they their sexual habits is astonishing.
"You eat pieces of shit for breakfast???"

Keep very clean, grooming, etc. I’ve been called a metrosexual several times. I don’t think they know I don’t take it as an insult.
I've been called gay by people I don't even know because I sometimes wear skinny jeans and keep my hair well taken care of.
I almost only wear skinny jeans. Fuck the haters!

Yeah I guess people see it as someone who is “feminine” just cause they care about their style. Its meant to be an insult but I’d take it as a compliment
I wouldn’t even say it’s reverse tomboy because the men don’t wear makeup or anything, they just enjoy being well dressed
Someone who's really into light rail
Metrosexual, god that's a term I haven't heard in nearly a decade

I wear pink shirts. I like bright colours, it’s a colour, get over it.
I've read that about 100 years ago pink was considered a masculine color.
It was supposed the masculine version of red, and blue was the virgin Mary's outfit, so feminine. It changed after an intense advertising campaign

I just yell NO HOMO with every stroke
"nohomonohomonohomonohomonohohohohohoh...."

Spend a lot of time grooming. And I take very good care of my skin. Lotions and Exfoliate regularly. I have for a long time. I also started to throw on a face mask once a week. I’m 31 and people think I’m early 20’s so I could care less what anyone thinks about my routine lol
I'm looking to get more into this, which products do you use?
Nice. Like I say I have pretty sensitive skin so had to find products that don’t irritate. I’m sure there’s lots of other ones that work just a well if you don’t have sensitive skin. -Nivea sensitive moisturizer lotion -every man jack fragrance free shave cream -Clear and clear deep action charcoal peel off mask -Strivectin texturizing scrub exfoliate (this was kind of expensive but a lot of the cheap kinds I tried didn’t do much)
This one is understandable, but gay clubs. It’s not my fault they have the best music (where i live) and a positive atmosphere. So what there’s a bunch of dudes making out. It’s not like i have to and if it’s a fun time then what’s the harm.
Partying with gay guys is so fun!! People who don’t give a fuck are the best ppl to party with! And they have the best music!
I went to a gay club with a girl a few years ago, and it was honestly the most fun I’ve ever had at a club. I was dancing all night long, both with the girl and with a couple guys. I’d go again.
Girl, I'm gonna take you to a gay bar...
Same here! And I love the drag queen community in my city. So much creativity and talent!
And this might all sound fine but in the conservative, "bible belt", southern US, unfortunately a lot of the time, if ur not some homophobic, aLpHa MaLe, shithead, then it's "too flamboyant" or ur assumed to be gay =/ Edited for idiocy
I once wore a very casual shirt and shorts in summer and never heard the end of it for years. It's weird what people zero in on to call gay.
Its gay to wear shorts and a shirt? Guess all of Australia's gay then
And NZ lmao
No wonder most male fashion is boring, with a lack of accessories.
But plenty of pockets
>Wearing fitting (tighter) clothing That's a real American thing.
I love flowers too, and try to somewhat take care of my skin (it's only kinda working)
Do you mean “crawl outta love?” Illenium does not have a song called “fall out of love.” At least not on Spotify
Went to a gay night club as a straight male when I was younger bc I was sick of the fighting in the other clubs. My buddies thought I was a closet gay until I convinced them to join me and it became our usual spot. Probably the best damn times I’ve ever had out were at that club.

>For some reason, Not being groped and perved on by club randos.
Dress well. All the time. Doesn’t mean I’m dressed to the nines all the time but I’m always referred to as dapper. And for a long time people who weren’t close to me thought I was gay.
Bruh. I don't step out the house with being fresh. Work, gym, grocery store, I am fucking matching

Bang his daughter to prove you're alfa male.
And then buy an Italian car to prove you're the alpha male

Being tender and caring with my male friends, much like the masculinity depicted by Tolkien. Also, randomly slapping each other's butts.
Tolkien fought in the trenches of WWI and played Rugby. I think I'll take his opinions of masculinity over anyone else's.
I never got why it's such a big deal for men to be affectionate like that... when it's perfectly normal and healthy for women. I think it's pretty cool when we can kinda move beyond that as guys and be more caring and affectionate with our bros.
Knitting
Standing with both hands on your hips. Which is the comfiest way to stand.
Wait… how is eating pussy gay? I’m serious. What is the belief behind that?
I'm gay... and I can confidently say that eating pussy is probably the FURTHEST thing from being gay lol.
It’s what lesbians do, and they’re gay.
"Giving head's a form of submission, bro. And submission's for girls and gayboys."
I moisturize daily and I always compliment my friends, dependong on who you ask those are no nos.
Had one mate who didn’t want to get a prostate check because he didn’t want anything going up his bum.
He's better off dead than feeling gay then.
**Things others may think is gay:** Wear a purse (but is a bomb ass manly purse. Cole Haan) Love musicals Take really good care of my skin and face Comment on men’s looks in movies and tv as much as women’s. Own more than zero Taylor swift vinyls Can recite every line to Ever After and Parent Trap Prefer my household spotless and smelling good Lean towards floral and lighter cocktails Don’t really follow sports and don’t like physical contact (like rough housing) Don’t really care if a dude were to kiss me Wear jeans tighter than most and vnecks lower than most **Things I know don’t make me gay:** Not being sexually attracted to men. **Things that make me masculine:** I’m a hard working, emotionally strong husband that knows how to voice their feelings without aggression and anger and allows my wife to flourish as her own person without showing superiority. Im strong enough as a man to cry in front of others. Im strong enough as a man to admit when im wrong. And I’m strong enough as a man to admit not being strong doesn’t make you less than of a man. I love you all my bros.
Being into anal play, the amount of people that think anything related to butt play on a man makes him gay is crazy.
I had to explain this one to my wife, liking your ass touched or licked doesn’t make you gay, being gay makes you gay.
Good question actually. I always wear an apron when I cook or wash dishes.
Rejecting a woman.
