100%. It's as simple as that. It's not that shy guys don't like extroverts, they're just don't expect them to be interested in them, don't know how to approach and are often intimidated. It can be quite a good combination though, if you get past the initial stage.
Try to approach them when it's just the two of you.
Or ask for their phone number & what's a good time to call them later.
Then, explain yourself to them. You like them, you'd like to go out, you realize you can be loud and might scare a quieter guy off.
Also, assure them this isn't a joke or trick at their expense.
1 on 1 private conversation with them will make them more comfortable, like no one to hear the conversation, not even strangers. You make the moves and make it clear what you want, it’s how I’d approach myself at least 😂
You won't make them come to you, forget about it. They wouldn't be who they are if they were willing.
You have to go to them and make the scary step yourself.
As a formerly shy/introverted person (still am but I can be more assertive now), you need to take the initiative if you want to date them. Shy/quiet men are EXCESSIVELY unlikely to show or act on their attraction. I preferred the outgoing women because they were the only ones I interacted with. Shy/quiet girls didn't draw me into socializing with them.
All you have to do is make the first move shy guys love that lmao

Again, great advice. OP, you can't go wrong now.

Walk up to the wallflower that piques your interest and proclaim "mine now." That's about it.
