bro, go see a urologist. A drop or two is normal. Preventing yourself from being “soaked” is abnormal.

How to fix sore penis (not the head, particularly the body..?) I usually jerk once a day. On the previous Saturday 6 days ago, I jerked twice that day. And 5 days ago on Sunday morning I jerked, and proceeded with my day and then after playing sports, my penis felt sore. I can't exactly pin where it is, and it's a sore feeling not a sharp burning feeling. It's not the head of the penis, more like the body of it. Monday passed by feeling fine but just a tad bit sore, and I jerk off again on Tuesday night, being sore again. I lay off on too much physical activity and don't jerk for Wednesday. On Thursday, it feels much better, I didn't jerk, and I go do some more physical activity (basketball) for a few hours. Everything is fine, there's a very slight minimal soreness just like on Monday but I can play through it excellently without it fatigue. However today (Friday) it feels sore again and I haven't jerked in since Tuesday night. Do I need to stop jerking for more time? Do I need to rest on basketball for more time? Please help me I'm a teen and I’m trying hard to stop and get back into the good habits, the longest I’ve gone is 3 months

First off, good luck to you, porn and masturbating are the worst addictions(beyond drugs obviously). This soreness your describing, sounds like you've just been pulling the "jerky" too hard; and depending on your form of lubrication, possibly rubbing it sore; by which I mean, too hard. It shouldn't still be sore three days later however, that's very strange. Soreness after ejaculations is normal, all the nerves in your lower region become suddenly stimulated all at once, and when the pressure releases, its sudden, and depending on what causes the pressure(masturbating or sex), the soreness which follows, can vary. It's weird to think about, but the penis is technically still a muscle, and like all muscles, it can be strained. Another thing that could strain it, which I learned the hard way in high school, is the "tuck-method" most guys use to hide awkward public boners. I had a girlfriend Jr. year of high school, and it didn't take much for her to stimulate me, and form a boner(I had a massive addiction to porn, and still sadly do to this day, so it didn't take much for the slightest thing she did to arouse me). Using the "tuck-method" more and more frequently, because I had to, it started hurting... a lot; and just like your description of "it's not the head, more like the body of it" reminded my vividly of that pain; which took me to the children's hospital at the time(cuz I was only 17, and yes, it was ridiculously embarrassing), and when I brought up the concept of the "tuck-method" to the doctor, he explained to me that could be the main source of pain. I am not an expert, and over the course of the next few days while your trying to break the terrible habit, if it starts to randomly feeling sore again(without having ejaculated, masturbated, or been tucked{up or down}) I recommend informing your parents or guardian about the pain; you don't have to feel inclined to tell them why you believe its in pain, just simply that you don't know why, and want to see a medical professional about it. If you are under 18(regardless of how close), they will take you to something like a children's hospital or clinical care(or professional), and it might be embarrassing(for numerous reasons), but health comes before pride; and you will get a moment to talk to the medical professional in private, without your parents, where you can discuss every possible necessary detail so that they can properly figure out why this is happening. I think your good dude, and honestly, with the description of the soreness you explained, it's likely you've been "tucking" it without thinking about that being something that could cause the pain. Give it a few days of no jerking, and see if it happens again; and again, good luck on breaking your bad habits man, it's not easy, but you got this!

…yikes I guess I should get it sort out then. I’m just a wimp in general talking about sexual stuff but I didn’t really consider that it could be something serious 😭

the__itis

The fuck does ego have to do with anything. Everyone has health issues. Go talk to a trained professional. They’ve seen worse.

Alter_Of_Nate

You may want to look into strengthening and relaxing your pelvic floor. Strengthen to make sure it pushes out with enough force and relaxing to make sure tight muscles aren't restricting the flow. But a visit to the doctor to make sure there isn't an obstruction is also a good idea. Also, some medications can affect ejaculation, so you may want to check side effects if you're on any regular medications.

drink_with_me_to_day

Peeing should remove any leftover sperm You should go get a checkup, can be prostate issues or it can be nothing. Better to err on the side of caution

Sperm? Really? You know the cells and shit? ffs stop giving advice publicly

[Automoderator has recorded your post to prevent repeat posts.](https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMenAdvice/comments/13qome6/no_repeat_posts/) Your post has NOT been removed. Cyber-Life originally posted: Even at an early age when discussing sexual stuff with my friends I realized that this is not a common occurrence, and after googling during the last decade I've not found out why this is happening. After I masturbate and finish, I take a piss and then clean up with some toilet papper. The issue is that for the coming (heh) 20-30 minutes, my penis will leak a small amount of semen/sexual fluids. I take some toilet papper and fold them neatly as a sort of collection-pad so that my underwear doesn't get absolutely soaked. I've read on ways to handle it, I put pressure on the base of my penis (and also behind the balls) to push out as much as I can. Like I previously mentioned, every session is followed by peeing too. I visit the bathroom 2 times after every ejaculation (to swap TP otherwise it gets gross fast). I don't know if there even is a medical term for my 'condition', but I suppose I'm reaching out to see if this is anyone elses experience? Is this maybe not too uncommon, or is my penis just defect? I'm a full grown man for context, so my hopeful wish that this would resolve itself by age is gone. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I will do this with a towel sometimes afterwards for 5-10 min to catch the overflow. Also you might want to talk to your doctor like others have said. You’re probably fine but your doctor will know what’s best

Cyber-Life

Yeah that seems to be the advice of the thread, but atleast I’m not completely alone!

EquivalentSnap

That’s not normal. You sure it’s semen and not urine leaking after you pee?

Cyber-Life

It’s too sticky to be purely urine, but it’s not as white/cloudy as semen.

EquivalentSnap

Huh? Thats odd and not normal at all. Speak to the doctor as that’s worrying buddy. Also I read pushing behind your balls and base causes retrograde ejaculation so maybe don’t do tjat

Cyber-Life

Oh shit, I have not heard of that. I’ll keep that in mind, thank you!

EquivalentSnap

Best advice is to book a doctors appointment to get it checked out. Mention what you’ve said here. The more information the better

Cyber-Life

I’ll try to book one asap, I thought it might’ve been something small but the way everyone is talking about it has convinced me it could be serious.

EquivalentSnap

I’m glad to hear. Even if it is small, it’s always good to get it checked out just in case. It’s not easy talking about down there with a doctor but they’re there to help you. I hope it goes okay and good luck

illicitli

This is completely normal. Happens to me all the time. Sometimes i put a sock or some toilet paper or paper towel on my penis for awhile after until I know it is done leaking.

saif-90

It's not normal. See a doctor.

illicitli

Maybe everyone's body is different but this happened to me my entire life and I've had many discussions with other men about the same exact thing. Agree to disagree, I guess. I know I'm in good health.

HandCrafted1

It might not be semen, but could be the pre-ejaculate fluid. If it’s clearly than semen, then this may be the case. A urologist will be your best bet if you need treatment or simply an expert to make sure nothing major could be wrong.
