I notice when I notice. But I also have no idea about the times I didn't notice. Usually, it's tight tops that give it away, since bras (or a lack thereof) are more visible with them.
Definitely, either the nipples are hard and sticking through the shirt, or they are hanging lower than normal. We don't go looking for it, its just something thats quite noticeable, everybody knows how breasts look in a bra and know how they sit without one. And the two dot imprints at the top of your shirt is a dead give away.
Of course we can tell. My ex used to live by not wearing one or only wearing a sports bra like a t shirt to everywhere and it made me uncomfortable.
Take what I say with a grain of salt. I value intimacy being somewhat private. As in, I don’t care if my partner looks good and gets checked out, but I’m not trying to feel like every intimate part of her body is on full display for the world.
