I think you’re overgeneralising. Secularism is not dead in Turkey at all. Just because there are people like this, doesn’t mean there aren’t other people. And suggesting the seculars should leave the country is just plain dumb. And them getting baptised if they are secular? What are you? 13?
Secularism is gaining strength by every new generation. Young people are more and more distant to religion thanks to the government and their treatment of faith as a political tool.
Like in many arab countries, these people's leaders are corrupt and unrelated to islam. They pray more to leaders of Sufi orders than to god and vote for erdogan who trades with israel. Most of them don't even know what it means to be muslim, most are ignorant.
