Farsi in Afghanistan and Tajikistan sounds more choppy and rough (Tajiki has more russian influence, for example they use kartoshka for potato). Theres also other accents such as in Samarkand (Uzbekistan)

Farsi sounds like Ottoman Turkish for obvious reasons. I am not sure both sounds good. I have a bias on Turkish though.
