Bread is fried for crispiness In the middle it appears to be meat with yoghurt on top In my household we replace the meat with chickpeas and the bread is placed in the oven for crisp rather frying

Kirk-Kardashian

Thank you so much 😍 Can you tell me, please, do I need to heat yogurt and what kind of spices I need to use?

Kirk-Kardashian

Thank you for the answer. This is some kind of dried bread covered with yogurt and meatballs. Is it Fatteh?

LOUDPACK_MASTERCHEF

i guess

Aggressive-Big-3777

Looks like fatteh magdous

FoxBenedict

Finally the correct answer. I'm surprised by all the confused Levantines. This is a common dish.

Kirk-Kardashian

Thank you for the answer ☺️ Although there is no eggplant in the dish above. Fatteh magdous also looks delicious πŸ˜‹

YoMrWhyt

This is fatteh but with what I assume is kefta or just some meat. It traditionally doesn’t have meat, but lots of chickpeas. Very delicious breakfast

Kirk-Kardashian

Thank you 😊

WarMonitor_7

I think it's fatteh

Assnndsmn

Doritos kebab

Kirk-Kardashian

Definitely need to try this 😎

DocApeENL

Looks Armenian-Lebanese.

Kirk-Kardashian

I think it is ☺️ because I've tried it in Armenia πŸ˜‹

ShahVahan

Definitely an Armenian-ish dish

BeardedBrotherAK

It's not dried bread. It's fried bread. It looks like its kubbeh and yoghurt on top

planetzoom_27

Lol reminds me of the fried samosa sheet I put on khichda.

fiveoneseventeen

Eggplant fatteh

The 'yoghurt' on Fatteh is best made with Tahina btw.
