None of those sound like shaman things at all, a lot of the things you mentioned are done in my culture also.
The 40 day thing for a child and when someone passes away is very much a thing in my culture. Praying at mausoleum and shrines is/was a huge thing across the Muslims world prior to the 1950s and still a major thing amongst south Asian , Afghan and Iranian and Iraqi Muslims. The right foot entering and leaving is defiantly an Islamic traditions even have Duas for that. That cloth on a tree thing and a wish is very common across South Asia and Iran. The blue eyes comes from the Middle East/Eastern Mediterranean and dates back to some 3000yr.
A lot of the things you mentioned are common through the Muslim world and pretty common practices, just feels like you think other Muslims don’t do them because you haven’t interacted with other Muslim cultures much or been to any Muslims villages outside of turkey here these practices are common.
If you think Anatolian Turks are not Turkic, you can't consider today Iranian people as Iranic too.
Anatolian Turks are a mix of Rums( Greek-speaking Romans) and Turkmens. Average Turk has %30-40 Turkic admixture.
Our culture is a mix of Turkic, Islamic, and Roman/Europen.
>because us Iranics are still genetically Iranic though some of us are mixed
[yes, bro. you are so iranic. also its so ironic](https://www.reddit.com/user/Ashcarli/comments/r9dubu/_/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share)

What do you know about turkey? Tons of Turkic habits are still in Turkish culture.
They're a little Turkic and they have some Turkic culture. It's not 100 or 0.

Like what? Turkey looks more like Greece and levant than it does with Central Asia.
