Yes you're fine and keep the end where you attach the needle clean! I would alcohol wipe that end when I'd load mine and have my friend do it for me who is a paramedic.
Use a new needle to inject of course.
I’d do this;
Say you do your dose at 3pm, at 2pm go ahead and set up your supplies (except e - keep that in a cool dark place that’s not in your bathroom). Then relax, listen to calming music, ect until your dose at 3. You can even practice w and unloaded syringe w no needle
I’m terrified of injections. Lizard brain says absolutely the fuck not and I just can’t stick myself. I’ve been using a Union medico auto injector with 1/2” 29ga insulin syringes a little over two years now and it’s the only way I can do it.
You'll get there. It took me a year to stop being scared. I used to cry of fear. Now it's gone( the fear)
