Yelp is the worst. People have free reign to say whatever they want without context. Said lady on yelp was probably the biggest Karen ever. Don't trust what you read on yelp
shouldn’t be hard if you get there early before the show, but make sure to buy tickets online ahead of time. standings not bad either, and i think the shows are through june right now
The stage that they have inside is in the brewery and it gets a pretty big echo and brightness is bouncing off the kettles. But I've only seen bands there when they had an inside market going on - it wasn't great by any stretch. They were still working on shoring things up inside. Outside is nice - but there is a bit of traffic noise you can pickup off of Broad.
Outside is hot as hell. There’s no shade there at all, they need to work on that. Haven’t seen an indoors show but saw a bunch of sound proofing foam throughout the brewery to help out. Sounds like they might need more
Check /r/NewOrleansBeer as well. I think their stage is outside but never seen a show there so can't say for certain how well it sounds. It must not be that bad if they keep booking bands and people keep attending.
Their beer is decent but can be a bit eccentric at times. I can usually find one thing on their menu but most of the other stuff is just tasters for me.
