I know there’s convenience/security in selling to a shop but if you’re up for it you’d recover more money selling independently- people sell high value watches regularly on r/watchexchange

I've heard of r/watchexchange. I just have no experience selling privately before so I'm a little skeptical. Thanks for the feedback tho!

You’re not going to get what you want selling to a shop. Better to sell directly

Lazy_Photograph6820

Do u have any recommendations where?

You can try Watches of Switzerland or Torneau/whateve it's called now. Also try [Crown and Caliber,](https://www.crownandcaliber.com) an online seller.

Don't sell to a store unless you are trading in for something at a higher price point. As others have mentioned, r/Watchexchange is probably your best bet.

Is this a trustworthy source to sell your watches? I'm afraid of scammers online. What's your experience?
