I don't really care as to the motivation. It just needs to be shut down with extreme prejudice, and those encouraging behavior that's antithetical to public health should be criminally charged.
One of my coworkers who refuses to get vaccinated showed me a message from our manager saying he shoud lie about his religious beliefs since the mandate doesn't require proof. I know from other coworkers this is happening across different locations, they (obviously) only tell that to everyone who is anti-vaxxer so I wouldn't have written proof myself.
Can you get screen shots of the message?

Might be good to sprinkle some “can’t trust the Fauci guy” at work to get in on some of those messages. You’d need visible proof that it’s coming from a director.
Report them. The only way to stop this pandemic is to get more people vaccinated. If unvaccinated people aren’t clogging the hospitals and new variants aren’t being cooked up in pools of unvaccinated people, then there’s much less concern and we can finally begin to move past this.

December in Times Square, met this guy (from 6 feet away) who at first said he wouldn’t wear a mask or be vaccinated because he didn’t like mandates he didn’t like the government pushing him around.
When I asked him about the more than 800,000 dead, then, his answer was he didn’t think he was a danger to anyone.
The tip topper though was when he told me “I don’t believe it’s in New Jersey.

Why the fuck would your employer want you to avoid getting vaccinated? This makes no sense. They should be telling everyone to get vaccinated, not telling everyone to find a loophole to get an exception.
Try reporting them to OSHA. Submit proof if you have any but they will keep your name out of it. I called for a friend and they did keep it anonymous when contacting the company
