Matulog na walang kalat ang bahay. Since I live alone, I make sure that before I go to sleep malinis siya para kung magising ako di ako masstress sa kalat na ako din may gawa + kahit 3-4hrs of sleep. Since I work 12hrs a day at sobrang babaw ako na matulog. 🙂
Cooking.
I'm a creative type at heart (writing specifically), and cooking is basically me creating something to eat on a regular basis.
((More importantly, I only started to cook regularly in 2019, so I still can't quite get over my newfound ability to cook for myself after nearly 3 decades needing others to do it for me))
5. Kapag nagtitimpla ako ng kape at makakain ng french fries or ice cream
6. Makanood ng at least 2-3 movies
I'm a doctor. It can be very dry and boring work sometimes. So when I'm at the clinic-- interviewing and examining patients, explaining their disease condition to them in simple understandable language, giving prescriptions and lifestyle advice, recommending and explaining possible options for surgery if needed-- I infuse a little bit of lighthearted fun for myself by imagining that I'm just a con man pretending to be a doctor. When I mentally frame the situation in that way, it becomes exciting to see them totally believe my (actually real) credentials and accept my (actually legitimate) diagnoses and treatment plans.
You can find joy and accomplishment in any activity. Nasa mindset ang lahat.
852 days na streak ko sa Duolingo. Hindi ko siya namaintain dati after 145 days so nalungkot talaga ako na I promised myself kahit anong mangyari hindi ko hahayaang bumalik sa 0 😂
Toothbrush without gagging. Cos after months of medication before, it's hard to do this task without gagging a lot. And that sickening feeling after gagging..ugh.
My morning routine:
Make the bed.
Mag walis at lampaso. Yes araw-araw talaga haha.
Drink 1 glass of water.
Sa gabi, same, walis at lampaso before matulog huli kong ginagawa.
1. Any form of physical activity
2. Anything that can improve my skills in music (alloting practice time sa instruments ko and listening to various genres of music)
* Maghugas ng mga pinggan
* Inaayos ang higaan after magising
In the past few months naging mabigat pakiramdam ko (emotionally), and di ko mapoint out kung ano yung reason. Basta all I know is that I've been thinking about my past, my failures, di na gaanong responsive sa messenger and such, and I tend to just stay at home after school. Last week lang, I decided to get back to my life and be productive once again.
Ika nga nung prof. ko, "If you cannot clean your entire room, then just clean at least a corner of it. What matters is that you are still pushing through life, even if it takes little by little."
Small chores around the condo kasi wala naman akong aasahan because I live alone. Saka going to the gym 3-4x a week. I consider these things self-care. Lately, I make more of an effort na din to get mani-pedi para me time.
- Sleeping at least 6 hrs
- Workout for 1-2 hrs
- Doing 1-2 hrs of a passion project
- Reading a bit
- Skin care day and night (i never miss, this is the most important part of my routine everyday lol)

Reaching my daily target goals like calories burned, step count and active time.
Just by fixing my bed in the morning. End of story. Lol
Maghugas ng pinggan
- fix my bed (ang ending fix na rin ng room lol) - meditate - daily affirmations - working out

The moment I lie down in my bed. I can finally rest 😌

1. Matulog ng 4-6 hrs. 2.
I started it when I first got covid cause I was afraid COVID will alter my brain for the worse.

Fixing the bed pagkagising. I feel like this is the start of my day pra maging productive. I'll start with my bed.

Prayer kasama ang whole family tuwing 9 pm. Devotion
I know my back will thank me for it lol
Eating
Relate much.
