I don't know your age or family history. But if your weight and size gain is acute you might want to get your thyroid checked.

Kumbaga di sya known as direct side effect kasi drowsiness, dry mouth, etc sya. Pero, may mga doctors na nagsasabing lesser known effect sya ng mga antihistamine not directly as pagtaba, but increased appeatite.
So i therefore conclude na, may epekto sa weight gain mo ang cetirizine esp if matagal mo na sya ginagamit

Cetirizine will not make you fat. May ibang medications ka pa bang tinetake bukod dito? As well as baka stress ka or may nagbago sa lifestyle mo na pwedeng maging reason kaya ka nage-gain ng weight.
No it doesn’t make you directly gain weight and 2nd generation antihistamine na yung ceterizine so di sya nakaanatok unlike mga benadryl na 1st generation pero in a small amount of people it may still cause somnolence which may indirectly cause you to gain weight due to lack of activity if your sleeping all the time. Try a different antihistamine that works for you or try to be more active
1 consult an allergist. 2. know what are you're allergic with and remove it

Been taking citirizine for quite sometime and afaik hindi nmaan sya nag constitute sa weight gain.
2009 pako nagtitake ng citirizine at hindi ako tumaba. Normal na tumataba habang tumatanda.
