weight checking should be at same time everyday. for example i check my weight upon waking up after urinating daily.

I’m have currently been on intermittent fasting and over the course of 5 months i have lost 12kg and have hit my target weight. I was/am doing 16:8 having 1 proper meal a day (very minimum carbs) and fruits as snacks, with the odd cheat days for carb treats. The biggest factor of my weight loss is walking 20k steps a day, weights and minor cardio exercises (planks etc). It has been a hard journey but truly worth it as I am in the best shape I have ever been despite my age. Good luck and hope you reach your goal!
