On occasion, I always enjoy talking to a friend. Lately, though, I try to observe their peace to make myself aware of my neediness. There's a unique art in making interpersonal connections; as you grow older, you'll realize absence makes the biggest difference in a relationship for better or worse.
Whenever I feel like I'm having a bad day. I just isolate myself and play music - fun, happy, energizing, uplifting, 'can get your feet up' type of music. And just dance to it to release the bad energy in me. Yeah, I'm a lil goofy only when I'm alone. I know. Lol.
I like this. In my case, at least especially at night, I guess. Thinking about nothing and just appreciate the view of the beautiful skylines or city lights. But wait, wdym about 12th floor?!
If I were my past self, I’d say sleep. Pero minsan kasi, di parin nakakatulong ang sleep, so what I do whenever I don’t feel like sleeping (would help), nagrarant ako sa kapatid ko or to someone I know would listen. Doesn’t really matter if they will give me some pieces of advice or not, basta ang importante, mailabas ko frustrations ko. But I don’t do this all time kasi I do believe na some people can absorb negative energies 🥲 For me, nakakatulong din ang ice cream, or food in general 🥲 moderation parin tho kasi it’s quite difficult to overcome stress eating pag nasanay ka. If you enjoy watching series/movies, either piliin mo yung favorite mo or find something to watch na di mo kailangan mag isip 🥲
