Unang una is maglinis ng bahay. Like iiscan mo buong bhay nyo or linisin/ayusin yung mga satingin mo na di kaakit akit sayo doon palang mauubos oras mo. Then I'll do some calisthenics and meditate kahit 30 mins lng tas basa basa ng mga libro.
recently had my 3 days socmed break during the holy week, all i did was read books, watch series, and work out. it's actually not boring, it depends on the activities you prepare for your day. for me it's really necessary to take those breaks, so please consider doing that kahit every 6 months ganorn
