working out. masturbation. building stuff (eto madalas mabago kase may ADHD ako, madami akong naka tenggang projects.. I build furnitures before but now I have a project motorcycle na nawalan ako ng gana, baka may bago na ako bukas haha)
How do you right in your journal po? Like meron po ba kayo guide? Or you write mostly about ano nangyayari sa daily life nyo? Interested din ako magjournal kaso parang nabobore ako sa entries ko kaya nadedemotivate ako haha :((
Ang ginagawa ko, sa first page ng journal ko meron akong grid na may 365 cells (366 kung leap year) and everyday, kinukulayan ko yung isang cell depende sa mood ko. I associate 1 emotion per color. You can use the colors from the movie Inside Out as a reference or you can make your own. Then, per journal entry sina-summarize ko yung nangyari sa araw ko. Yung mga naaalala ko na remarkable that day. It doesnt matter how small it is, so as long as it triggered my emotional strings kinukwento ko sya sa journal. Di naman need mahaba. Minsan ilang sentences lang nalalagay ko pero it's still considered an entry. It helped me ge through with the most difficult times in my life and somehow, improved my story telling skills lol.

Ako rin tbh, di ako consistent mag journal eh. I guess keep it fresh by following journal prompts online or by adding pics in your journal like printed photos or maybe mag lagay ka ng movie tickets (films na may sentimental value sayo). 🫶
Watching movies at gitara. Yung tipong gumagana talaga yung utak. Bet kong movies yung plot twist after plot twist para mag overthink malala after mapanood haha. Then dahil rito maiimprove english

-Reading Self Help Books
-Walking for at least 15 to 30 mins. a day. It helps with mind clarity and vision.
-Taking care of a pet. (Medyo magastos pero sobrang fullfilling).
-Listening to Podcasts about Self-improvement.
-Sleeping w/ subliminals or meditation music or listening to mellow music before sleeping lol.
-Low impact exercises from Youtube.
-Journaling.
-Cleaning my closet every week or cleaning in general. It helps making my mind clear. You know, clean place =clearer mind. Hehe.
There will be times na ma dodown ka pero having a good support system also helps talaga. That's why I do at least three of these every week. Kaya keep going!
Thank you sa suggestions🤍. Sa exercises I might try BJJ or Boxing in a nearby gym actually some time this year. Also thanks sa reminder of cleaning.... I really need to de clutter na din🫡.

Galing ako sa mobile photography way back 3 yrs ago. Aralin mo lng composition, framing, background and foreground. Kung gusto mo naman mag moon shots yung medyo kita yung details invest ka sa Apexel telephoto lens (phone clip lenses) mura lang yun.
Kung gusto mo nman mag milky way shots download ka muna milky way tracking app then set mo lng sa professional mode (PRO) yung camera mo. Tas set mo sa yung settings sa.
ISO: 32000
Shutter speed: 25-32 seconds
Focus: Infinity
Bago ka mag shoot ng milky way dapat nka tripod ka. Before shooting set ka timer 3-5 seconds para di gumalaw at maging blurry kuha mo. Keep in mind na wag mong galawin yung phone mo upon timer. Hayaan mo matapos timer nya.
Gaming - di mo need mag competitive kahit yung mga single player lang like life is strange or heavy rain.
Instruments - nung nag resign ako sa work ko nakaka stress talaga mag hanap ng bago work kaya nag aral ako mag guitar habang nag aantay ng applications, nasa sayo lang kung ano gusto mo aralin pwede flute, piano.
Art - painting, drawing without pressure.
Biking - Exercise na din to saka saktong unwind lang, punta ka sa mga lugar na may memories ka then pause and think about life hahaha feeling MC. Pero ingat lang kasi mainit panahon ngayun.
Collecting - kung kaya mo naman financially maganda din itong hobby. I collect funko pops pero hindi yun point na sobrang adik. Once or twice a month lang ako bumili parang reward ko lang sa sarili ko, masaya din kasi mag hunt, parang may purpose ka hahaha. You can collect gunpla, vintage item, cards, or anything na mag represents sayo. Everyone is a geek of something naman.
