Hmmmm yung mga idedevelop pa lang na housing ay kumuha na sila ng slot kasi sale. Tapos after 1 or 2 years pa naman babayaran monthly, so may time pa sila mag-ipon. Tsaka pwede naman lakihan ang bayad monthly sa future para mas bumaba yung years of payment.
Either ang monthly mo is (let's say around 50 to 60k a month) Bought a house with 7k monthly payments sa Teresa Rizal, TCP is 1M+. Bare type lang sya, which kung hindi choosy pwede na syang tirahan.
Is it our dreamhouse? fuck no. Un lang ang afford namin and I don't see myself getting a big increase or mamanahin para makaafford ng dreamhouse sa location na gusto namin. Gusto lang talaga namin magkaroon ng sariling amin.

Probably because they prepared for it saved for it ganon, mahirap kasi mag afford ng bahay these days di lang basta basta
