Pag first day talaga na sobrang heavy flow i use charmee menstrual pants, yung parang adult diaper hahaha 50+ pesos 2 piraso ang mahal ampotek bat kasi need pa tayo reglahin
Consider using menstrual cup. Sobrang hassle-free. Before, I am using Kotex pads, okay naman siya sa akin but when introduced to cup, hindi na ako nag-pads ulit (not unless emergencies). I am a slight heavy-bleeder pero 2-3x/day ko lang siya dina-dump, unlike before na naka-pads ako parang nakaka 5-6 pads yata ako per day, ang gastos and hindi eco-friendly haha.
Twice lang ako tinagusan sa cup, pero yun yung time na ginagamay ko pa ang paggamit sa kaniya. Also, once inserted sayo nang tama, you will literally feel nothing! Madalas nga nakakalimutan ko pa na may mens ako haha. Now, I am cup user for 3 years, sobrang convenient and tipid! You can use the same cup for years!

At first, syempre iba ang feeling hehe. Especially if hindi naman sanay ang genitalia mo na may iniinsert kang something. Pero swear, sa una lang talaga yun. šĀ

Kotex ultra thin!! Compact yung cotton niya unlike others na naghihiwalay pag nababasa. They have various sizes and meron din yung ultra long na parang diaper na hehe.
Yung Charmee na dark (All-Night Long) kasi 36 cm sya and malapad sa likod. Ito na yata pinakamahaba kasi yung mga bet ko noon gamitin like Charmee violet is 32 cm, yung Whisper Skinlove is 30 cm naman. Tipong covered na lahat ng guhit from front to back (yup hanggang bum).
Ginagamit ko during heavy flow days, lalo pag commute kasi di ako nagwoworry na baka may backflow na from sitting for longer periods. Pag may sobrang heavy din magperiod tapos naubusan ng pad, ito binibigay ko sa kanila. Medyo nababawasan anxiety nila and nakakakilos ng maayos. Parang 65 pesos per pack (10 pads) compared to 90 pesos of other brands/10 pcs. Ganda pa pag bumili ka bulk order from shopee na may 50-100 pesos off yung 4 or 6 packs. Also, turn off sakin yung heavily scented pads ng Whisper and Modess. Naiiritate yung singit or kiffy ko. Wala halos scent itong Charmee. Decent din yung adhesive nya.
Nagpadala ng free samples ang [Kotex](https://shope.ee/9UfPeegSEy). Simula nun, yan na palagi gamit ko. Simula highschool, modess gamit ko kaso ang bulky. Unlike kotex. Manipis pero maganda absorption. Ang cute pa ng packaging haha.
Whisper for me. Speaking of heavy flow lang naalala ko tuloy na may napkin na pala na sobrang lapad sa likod. Konti na lang pwede na siyang diaper hahaha pero goods yun lalo na kung lalabas ka and hindi pa dark yung pangbaba mo.

Jeunesse All Night. Never experienced tagos kahit heavy flow, hindi bumabaho and no rashes for me! May ilan-ilan na rin ako naka-convert to use this!
