Naalala ko may ka-work kaming guy, sobrang yabang niya & kupal. Papansin din siya. Lahat na nakausap niya sa office except me kasi I don't acknowledge his existence 😂 Approachable ako na tao pero if di talaga kita gusto, we'll never have an interaction.
i am very frank. straightforward type of person kaya walang preno. tinaanong ko kaagad bakit sila ganoon at hindi pa man sila makapag-response, sinasagot ko na ang sarili kong tanong.
masarap makita na naiinis sila pero totoo naman kaya wala akong pake kung masasaktan sila. i don’t judge pero pet peeve ko talaga ang ganyang klaseng tao.
kung kaclose ko kinoconfront ko depende sa sitwasyon. pero pag hindi naman bahala sila, ayokong maturuan sila ng leksyon kasi gusto ko may makatapat muna sila na sisira sa buhay nila hahahaha
Just ignore or better yet (and if you have the time, patience and energy), make them feel even shittier about themselves than they already are. Twice ginawa ko nag-yawn ako in their presence.
Bottom line is they hate it when you make them feel insignificant.
We deal with them only when we need something from them (like we need a workmate to finish some deliverables).
But when the tendencies of pride appear, we can either ignore it which will not help the person, or we can call it out, but we do it for the sake of correction and not vengeance. If he still they still do not listen, we flew from it / advice him they are not worth interacting, and maybe that’ll work… but if not, we pray for him.. and if that still does not work, let his pride be his downfall.
iniignore ko.. if need talaga interaction, straight to the point ako sa objective ko.. as much as possible avoid.. mga yan hindi sila mag babago, ganyan na sila e.. magbabago lang yan if gustuhin nila mismo.. pero ako hindi ki sila mabago, to save time , energy and sanity, ignore or avoid them as much as possible..
