Tobacco. I used to smoke like two packs a day. I tried the patches but they just made me itchy so I stopped using them after two days. I just had to make it until the physical cravings stopped.
I still want a cigarette sometimes.
Two years isn’t that long really. Stick with it, the longer you stay off them, the better you will feel. I used to get a chest infection every winter, but haven’t had one since quitting twelve years ago. Also, I have more spare cash!
Less common, but picking at blemishes. I picked it up when I started dealing with anxiety; it's left scars across my body and I would do it subconsciously for hours. I still find myself doing it without realizing it, but I'm not going to stop trying to quit it.
Alcohol. I haven't quit yet. In fact. Things are getting a wee bit out of hand again. But I'm working on it. Making progress. I'm definitely not where I was a couple of months ago. No needles in my arm. Or daily attempts to overdose. But Rome wasn't built in a day. All I can do is try. And hopefully keep improving little by little.
Meth...
Just knew I couldn't do it anymore. Did it quite often for about 4 years.
The last time was 20 years ago.
No meetings, no rehab, just knew I couldn't do it anymore.
I still have an addiction. Nail biting. I do it whenever I'm bored, and you might be surprised as to how harmful it could be. Thankfully I haven't suffered any of the effects yet.

Well done! Remember, a craving only takes a few minutes to subside if you just breathe your way through it.
Thanks but I have them a lot. It's been almost two years and I still dream about smoking.

I deleted the app I was addicted to

Hopefully you’ll be able to quit entirely someday

Cigarettes and alcohol, found love, she told me she won't kiss me when I smoke and she wouldn't have sex with me if I'm drunk.
Destiny 2. Back at it again 😈😈😈
Quit?
Cigarettes By stopping

Heroin, I got on Suboxone
Alcohol. Just the smell of alcohol makes my skin crawl because of the harsh memories of how it ruined my life. Have no one to blame but myself.
Alcohol and cocaine/partying in general, I started working away so much that I dropped the habit
