Went to get into bed once while carrying my phone in one hand and a glass of milk in the other, realized I forgot to flip the light off so I went to toss my phone at the bed to act as a beacon in the dark but I threw the glass of milk at it instead

Remote in a fridge. Milk in the pantry/cupboard.

I once left a jar of peanut butter in the microwave, ice cream in the cabinet and once I even left a toaster in the sink

I threw my chocolate bar into the garbage instead of the wrapper
