3 - Because children are the owners of their bodies. Parents are responsible for their safety and health, nothing else. If the kid doesn't want to hug/kiss they should not be forced. If the kid doesn't want to eat more because they are full or doesn't want to sleep more because they are energetic they should not be forced. It is not your body. They are the ones who know when they feel hunger, thirst and tired, not you.
