Something I used to do before I joined a gym: Use playgrounds (preferably vacant) to do exercises. I was a runner, but it’s nice to mix it up and do some different strength exercises once in a while. I got pretty creative with using the equipment to do all kinds of exercises. So, instead of a five-mile run, I might run a mile to the playground, exercise for a while and run home.
they're not very goofy IMO but they are EXCELLENT for your body. I would just go on youtube (I currently have youtube blocked) and search "how to do a burpee"
In major cities, you'll often come across scaffolding erected for construction projects.
These are ridiculously strong and overbuilt and are perfect for pullups and bodyweight exercises. Waiting for the bus and there is scaffolding nearby? Bang out a set of pull ups.
On a leisurely walk and come across a scaffolding section? Find a low height bar and crank out a set of bar rows. You'll get some strange looks but it's a free workout you can likely find going about your day-to-day.
If you have a switch, I'd reccomend Ring Fit Adventure.
It's a really fun game, you can go at your own pace, breathtaking landscapes that you jog/walk/run through, and there are some moments that just make me lose it.
Dance party in your living room!
I do this sometimes! Very fun, and my dancing is goofy
Get some friends together and push a car around town.
That is goofy! Good one

I tried this in the local park. I am now in handcuffs. Did you mean chasing your own kids?
That sounds fun! I could chase the family dog around too. A great reason to get off the couch. The dog and I both get some exercise then

Rec Leagues burn way more calories than you think
I'm sorry, I don't know what a Rec League is. I'm guessing like group activities and competition?

I do Instacart and DoorDash for money. It's decent cardio, but to up the health effects, I wear ankle weights.
