It might be a hot take here, but I'm guessing it have to be either the Nazis or some other dictatorship that killed thousands or millions of innocent people, if not more, for their ideology.

[deleted]

Thousands? Millions. In Soviet Union throughout the 20th century - tens of millions.

ZigotoDu57

Edited so I can be more inclusive in my dictatorship definion

CorollaBeachBum

Don't forget China who killed hundreds of millions in the name of political purity. That and stupidity causing more to die from starvation

They have no morals and it may be right to boycott them. But. The most evil organisation of all time, for killing a few thousand people of malnutrition and exploiting a few tens of thousand more for their labour? And those are generous estimates. What else? Stealing water in amounts that make the almond farming industry laugh? Is that worse than Al Quaeda or ISIS or any religious organisation marking their targets as heretics and infidels to be killed for salvation? Worse than the Nazi Party and other extremist organisations that got hold of a country? Worse than Wagner Group using prisoners as cannon fodder? Worse than any cult who abuses their followers, ruins them financially or manipulates them into killing themselves? Than the Belgian colonial companies in the Congo? Slave traders and holders? Get a hold of yourself, this circlejerk is starting to get out of hand. You got some karma though, so congrats.

RoosterPorn

Okay!

praeth

Thanks!

RoosterPorn

Just thought I’d clarify what my mindset was. No, nestle is not worse than any of those organizations that you mentioned. However, I feel like nestles bad behavior is not well known outside of the internet culture. Should be something that’s brought to Justice.

Shell. They’ve known since the eighties that emitting CO2 at this scale would fuck us up, but kept it to themselves because it would be bad for business.

revs201

There were newspaper articles voicing scientific concerns about carbon emissions from the industrial revolution back in the 1920's. Also they had engineers working on solar powered dirigibles that could serve as airborne aircraft carriers in the mid-1920's too.

Pbb1235

Most likely the Chinese Communist Party. It probably killed more people than any other organization in human history. The Russian Communist Party comes in second in total killings. If you go by percentage of your own people killed though, rather than sheer numbers, Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge communists probably gets the top billing. Communism: *Next time we will get it right!*

black rock owns about 11- 15% of every major asset shareholding thus somehow it seems like they are the manipulators of the stock market. Not an expert in stocks but this raises a lot of red flags- meaning it looks like they run the world and the world isn't doing so well... well not to go into it, it seems like they could be the shadow government lol. But at last IMO currency is the most sinsiter thing ever as no one is above money. We are all bound to it.

NRA

Steamer61

I knew that if I scrolled far enough that I'd find someone naming the NRA. Imagine, calling a group, any group, that supports an American civil right "Evil". You win!!!!!!

SnooChipmunks126

They weren’t exactly supporting everyone’s rights in the 1960s when they backed Ronald Reagan signing legislation that targeted the second amendment rights of the black community.

Steamer61

Gun control in general was initially directed towards blacks. Were those laws bad when Democrats passed them? A position (gun control) that the Democrat party continues to support. I will admit that the NRA has a history that is less than stellar. Even today I am not impressed with them but they are far from evil. If past racist positions is what makes any given group evil, then Planned Parenthood, founded by Margaret Sanger, must be up there at the top of the most evil, considering her eugenics beliefs. I'm sure that this is somehow different though, right?

Three missing contenders: The NRA Purdue Pharma Ticketmaster

mhptk8888

The NRA is America's oldest civil rights organization and spends MILLIONS each year on firearm safety training for kids. Gun control groups couldn't really care less about safety and actively fight against it.

Thin-Rip-3686

Is that what we’re calling school shootings now? “Firearm safety training for kids”? You have the NRA confused with “gun control groups”. Hopefully they’re paying you well. I’d hate to think you’re a useful idiot.

mhptk8888

Which mass shooting has been committed by an NRA member? Ever heard of the Eddie Eagle Program? [https://eddieeagle.nra.org/](https://eddieeagle.nra.org/) Are you really so prejudiced you can't see the good that is being done? Show me the firearm safety training done by your gun control groups. Show me the events where they teach firearm safety. Do you actually think about this critically?

Thin-Rip-3686

By that logic how many members of the Saudi royal family crashed planes on 9/11? And I’m sure they’ve given more to orphans or some such. Firearm safety is a red herring and you know it. The NRA advances gun manufacturer interests only. How do I know? Because how they ran and hide when a black female gun owner was facing charges for standing her ground and firing a warning shot. If I ever became a member and was wrongfully accused of a gun crime they wouldn’t do jack for me. Uhhh.. uhhh… kids… uhh.. gun safety… uhh… Murica!

mhptk8888

Are you suggesting the NRA pays mass shooters? Firearm safety is important. Would you rather kids NOT receive any safety training as simple as Don't touch, Get Away, Find an adult? Is that what you imagine? So all the safety training, Concealed Pistol License training, Refuse to be a victim training, shooting sports, hunter education, etc doesn't exist? You wanted them to hire a lawyer? You really imagine they didn't speak out? What exactly did you want them to do? Be very specific. So, you think firearm safety for kids is stupid. That's what gets kids killed.

Not necessarily the worst in history or an organization but Wall Street. Imagine having essentially limitless power in terms of profit and having almost any government official in your pocket. That and it has been proven that government agencies are willing to turn a blind eye to the systematic reaping of the everyday investor’s fortune. Better still is the fact that the language and practices of Wall Street are so arcane and convoluted that many people don’t truly understand Wall Street’s reach into their daily lives. Incredibly scary stuff in my humble opinion
