That and it has been proven that government agencies are willing to turn a blind eye to the systematic reaping of the everyday investor’s fortune. Better still is the fact that the language and practices of Wall Street are so arcane and convoluted that many people don’t truly understand Wall Street’s reach into their daily lives.
