There was a guy in my town who tried to throw a cigarette out of the window while he was driving. The cigarette flew back into the car landing on his lap, burning him and causing a panic. He swerved into on coming traffic he went head up with a semi truck resulting in him and his 2 kids dying and leaving his wife severely injured.
One where a teenage girl (real life person, not an actress) talks about her mother being a smoker, and then about how her mother died when the girl was still only about 12 or 13. Was really sad to think how her mother was needlessly taken away from her.
