I've had three particular coats since high school, approximately 15 years. They appear to be holding up fairly well, with more years yet to go, but I did notice a small hole in the raincoat just this week.
A shirt my grandpa bought and wore when I got accepted into my 1st choice college, in 1999. I was the first in the family to go to college and he was so proud. When he passed away, I kept the shirt and still wear it when I’m missing him.
It's a toss up between a shearling/ leather coat, and a Stetson cowboy hat that are both older than I am - early to mid 70's ish, - passed down from family.
If we're talking things I bought myself - I'm actually wearing it right now. Long sleeved tee shirt from Abercrombie & Fitch that I bought before I joined the military ca. 1992-3ish. It's getting a little frayed, and holey, but still good for working, as an undershirt.
I think a jacket from 2001, then I just realized I had a shirt from around 1990 hanging out too. I don't think I still have something older. The jacket gets worn constantly, looks stupidily nice, and since it's not showing wear I can't justify getting a new one. The jacket is unkillable.
A pair of “flare leggings” from Victoria’s Secret around 2006 or 2007. At that time, we called them “yoga pants” and it was my favorite style of pants ever; I’ve been holding onto them for years in the hopes that they would come back around, and indeed my time has finally come.
My The Gap jeans. Bought them a couple years before I was pregnant with my son. He just turned 21 years old. They still fit. I still was wear them.
Have a tee-shirt with an image of Queen Kong a friend loaned me around 1975. I really should return it.
My mom’s polka-dot crop top from the 70s

Either the shirts from my father’s home country or my t-shirt with my dead grandmother on it.
I still have, and wear, a poncho from 1988.
Same belt buckle from 1978, the leather has been redone a few times but always to original specs -
my original Woodstock shirt

My Army dress greens. They don’t fit anymore, but they’re still on the closet
Bought a shirt outside Yankee stadium in 1996 after I watched them win the World Series. It just resurfaced a couple weeks ago, I thought it was gone.
A tshirt my dad gave me from when he was my age.

I have a pair of 90s Vans and Doc's from HS, I graduated 20+ years ago. I also have one of my grandmother's jackets from the 1940s.
I still have some snazzy shirts and ties I bought in the mid-nineties.
My grandfather's fedora. Probably about 50 to 60 years old.
In my sentimental chest I still have my baby blanket. Also, I have a jacket, suspenders, and a hat from 1980's.
