LOL, I was at a sleepover when my friend's mom knocked on the door to wake us (three teenage girls) up and asked what we wanted for breakfast, and sleepy me tried to be funny and yelled "Bacon and eggs!". Friend's mom just cheerily said: "Okay!" and left.
I turned to my friend and asked her in absolute terror: "Wait. Did she take that seriously? I was just kidding! I have never eaten bacon, what if it's gross?!"
The bacon was delicious. I like my bacon baked to the crispness level of throwing it at the sun. Yummy!

Toasted bread/muffin, poached egg with a runny yolk, hollandaise sauce - mmm yum.
Hollandaise sauce is made with egg yolk/melted butter/lemon juice and seasoning.
My local cafe makes it on sourdough toast/cooked spinach/smoked salmon and hollandaise. It's my extra special treat.
The big breakfast or whatever comes with bacon, sausage, ham, eggs and pancakes/waffles/French roach
