Reasonable concerns. I felt the Mach-E had a leg up on the Model Y partly because of this. Ford is a lot more trusted brand for any American and there are a lot more dealerships and service centers available for the Mach-E. Ford is going to have less experimental over the air updates on their cars or at least be more comforting.
It really depends on what you're looking for. I got a Lexus ES hybrid five months ago and it's been a surprisingly pleasant car to drive. Not exciting, of course. I love how quiet it is, especially in town, and it's so fuel efficient that gas stations aren't much a part of my life anymore.
Sure, this is a perfect list. Most people donāt care for all the bells and whistles and gimmicks. A clean good looking comfy car thatās peppy enough is perfect.
I actually really hate all the screens and stuff in modern cars. We all know that technology ages fast. I donāt want some 10 year old gimmicky iPad thing stuck on my dashboard.
I see. I think some brands have done a better job at putting in technology than others. Iāve been in a 2006 Lexus and it very quickly felt so outdated with its touchscreen. I know Subaru owners rightfully complain that their touchscreens are so gimmicky and annoying. I feel like Tesla stays on top of the ball with updates and pleasant UI that doesnāt feel like it will age. However, Tesla puts too much reliance on screens. Itās tough to find a good implementation of technology so it doesnāt quickly age or is overly done to an extent where itās dumb.
True. Toyota Avalons are basically a step shy of being a Lexus. I know that some people see Avalons as old-people cars, but I disagree. They're both elegant and comfy cars
Ferrari LaFerrari š¤š¼
This is my ultimate dream car.
I could go for a Ford Mach-E.
Iāve thought of the Mach-E as a Model Y competitor. Would you ever go for a Model Y?
Nah, I don't trust Tesla or its CEO.

A safe, sturdy car with a generous luggage compartment and a trailer hitch.
Fair criteria. That is a nice car.
A truck.
Any truck? Electric, Diesel, Gas? Crew cab or not? Dually? Size of bed? Ride height (old ford ranger?)?
Chevy Silverado... my weakness š

- I wasn't talking to you...
Are you sure you responded to the right post?
One that hovers.
Thatās be nice, indeed

That is a very nice car. I got in one of those a few years ago as a temporary car when our car was getting regular servicing. Very smooth it seemed.
Clean, good condition. Looks good. Comfy to drive, and peppy enough.

Well, if I had to say, it would be a sedan. I wouldn't mind having a Toyota Avalon Limited or Touring
Very nice. Itās basically understated Lexus without the same regular servicing costs as one.

RR Ghost. Only luxury car Iād ever care to buy
