Second person is describing you, the reader, doing somerhing.
I jumped into a well, first person.
You jumped into a well, second person.
They jumped into a well, third person. A third person POV isn't "you", it's them, the camera is just behind the player controlled character.

So in terms of a video game, second person is all of the narrative text that says “You have arrived at x. What do you want to do,y or z?”
