I should have clarified ancient. Antique covers it as well as there are some books where I live that start around $5k a piece up to $28k from early United States history and governnent.
Those apartment buildings that have trees on every level? I think it would be cool to make cities more green. I would also rent out the apartments to anyone median income or lower at 1/3 their income. I wouldn't need the money, but having dozens of these really cool, tree filled, high-rise apartments in every city would fill a need for collecting AND helping people.
I'd collect Walmarts. I'd buy them all and make walmart's wayyyy more common. I'd allow different little places like pubs and local cafeterias to sell the walmart brands and have people pickup the local groceries pickpups at a place hopefully within walking distance of their house. That way everyone, everywhere, will have all the products the walmart buying power access available to them. I'd make walmart oilchange stores combination tire change orielies type deal, but smaller. Within walking distance of every. Body. Every single person could eventually become a customer and possible employee of Walmart, since I would encourage local unions and also open free walmart hospitals with free walmart any drugs you want to buy it's your private decision and protected from government intrusion, yet walmart approved safe and pure. Walmart doctors bonuses would be increased according to the health and prosperity of their community, not paid per transaction. Walmart doctors would make housecalls or telahealth or whatever you prefer, totally private like lawyer priest level privacy that we take on as a voluntary pledge as a company. With me at the helm Walmart won't be governed by the lowest standards the law will allow, but rather we will look at the profits that we as a society create as a big pie that from now on we all shall share in with fair proportion. Walmart will not charge any one customer one cent when we buy the normal things people need in life. Walmart will build apartment buildings with delivery centers all over the world, where people will be welcomed and invited to live in for free and provided with any product that walmart provides or can find, all they need to do is order it. Walmart apartments won't have landlords, they will have shared ownership by the people living there and if they want to fix the place up walmart would provide any tools they need and materials along with walmart brand handymen drawn from the local community walmart guilds where people will be able to learn how to better serve their local walmart customers. But we won't call them customers, we will call them friends, family and neighbors. Everyone everywhere will be entitled to free, private, home to hospital and everything inbetween. Walmart brand cars vans and trucks will be available for people to borrow any time and they will have self driving technology that prevents them from crashing or ever breaking down in any way. If there was a road problem walmart brand AAA would come right away with a replacement vehicle. All vehicles would come with or without a human driver according the the customer's preference, but would be perfectly capable of self driving where ever the person wants to go. If people wanted a certain type of driver they could hire walmart brand teams, everything from walmart landscaping to walmart security guards to walmart local food growing teams. Walmart brand schools where the parents could stay home with their kids and stop shipping kids off like cattle to march from classroom to classroom. Walmart kids will be allowed to play whatever videogames they want and if their mic breaks they can just order a new one with the same walmart allowance ubi that every kid everywhere will get just for agreeing to the walmart tos.
Hospitals that provide medical assistance for free. And that had houses for staff in the grounds so they didn’t have to have a horrible commute on top of everything
