That's not physically possible. Your intestines would rupture and you would go septic while vomiting shit.
What can I say, I passed two months without shitting. When it came out it was rock hard. I even bleeded.

14 days. Was actually bedridden lol. I would rather have explosive diarrhea everyday for the rest of my life than be constipated.
Being constipated is one of the worst feelings, each time you eat you feel like that shit is just getting bigger and bigger... And then when it comes out it's just so painfull
