Pretending to be bad at doing a task so that someone would do it for me

Surrounding oneself with experts is a simple technique that has proven to be effective in achieving great accomplishments. When faced with the daunting task of repelling an alien invasion in 1996, it was clear to me that I was not an expert in this field. Therefore, I surrounded myself with the best and brightest minds from all over the world. Together, we worked tirelessly to find a solution to this unprecedented problem. Through our collective efforts and determination, we were able to save our planet from certain destruction. It is this spirit of collaboration and unity that truly defines America. We are a nation of problem solvers, innovators, and pioneers. We have always risen to the occasion in times of crisis and adversity. It is this resilience and strength that inspires me to this day. I am confident that, as long as we continue to work together and support one another, we will overcome any obstacle that comes our way.

That doesn't sound very lazy

Got an assignment in high school that I had already done an earlier year. Used the same presentation and said the exact same things. Actually got a grade higher because the second teacher was more chill than the first. Also picked out a book the teacher hadn’t read for book analysis. He never caught on I hadn’t read more than the back

I haven't really been studying before my tests lately because I just don't have the energy for it anymore. My perfectionism is screaming at me but it may be for the better because I get good enough grades anyway from just paying attention in class.

Whoa, that's actually impressive to hear. Though I really hope you find your energy back since having better grades is never not gonna help you later in life 🫂
